Mt. Everest, 8,848 meters, is the mighty and awe-inspiring highest peak of the world not to mention its panoramic grandeur. Many adventurers from far and wide have undertaken the challenge and successfully scaled this towering peak. We, at Nature-treks.com/ Himalayas, welcome you to participate in the amazing Mt. The best season for this trek is from March-June and October-December. Our amazing 12-day trek to Mt. Everest Base Camp offers the trekkers the best this area has to offer and provides a truly incredible insight into this magnificent region and its fascinating people.
Along the trekking route, you will also get to see the mountain goats such as Himalayan Thahr and Blue Sheep, endangered Musk Deer, the rare Snow leopards and Red Panda in addition to the national bird of Nepal - Danphe and the different species of the national flower of Nepal- the Rhododendrons. One of the major highlights of this trek is the monasteries that are more than 500 years old.
This is a moderate to strenuous trek from 2,805m (9,200ft) to (5,364m/17,600ft) with the optional day hikes up to 5545m (18,200ft). The accommodation will be in comfortable lodges run by Sherpa families. The trek starts with a flight from Kathmandu and includes all meals and services of experienced, English speaking Trek Guides and porter/s to carry the luggage. Clients can just carry their backpacks and walk at their own pace.

1. 15 Oct.
Arrive Kathmandu, welcome dinner in one of the authentic Nepali restaurant and overnight hotel (Moon light or Mandala Boutique Hotel) on BB plan
2. 16 Oct.
Half day guided heritage tour of Kathmandu – Free afternoon for shopping
3. 17 Oct.
Visit Shree Bhimsen Secondary School and overnight Sun Koshi Beach Camp
4. 18 Oct.
Day rafting trip at Sun Koshi River and travel back to Kathmandu and overnight hotel
5. 19 Oct.
Fly from Kathmandu to Luka (2800m) and start trek to Phakdingma
6. 20 Oct.
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3400m)
7. 21 Oct
Rest day for acclimatization
8. 22 Oct.
Trek to Thyangboche (3800m)
9. 23 Oct.
Trek to Dingboche (4400m)
10. 24 Oct.
Rest day for acclimatization
11. 25 Oct.
Trek to Labuche (4910m)
12. 26 Oct.
Excursion to Kalapathar and retrace back to Dugla
13. 27 Oct.
Trek to Thyangboche
14. 28 Oct.
15. 29 Oct.
Back to Lukla
16. 30 Oct.
Fly back to Kathmandu
17. 31 Oct.
Free day in Kathmandu (extra day in case there is any flight delay from Lukla)
