Direct debit

Donations can be made by direct debit. For fundraisers, please use the following details:

Donations can be made through PayPal.

Payment currency

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

Receipts

We issue a printed receipt with a copy of the payment information received from our Bank for each order or donation. Donations of $2 and more are tax deductible.  (If you are not a registered donor, please send Donor name/contact details for a receipt).

Refunds and cancellations

A refund may be available if you make an error in your donation. If you make an error, please, email info@umbrellaaustralia.org or call 0402 816 061 as soon as possible. Donations cannot be cancelled if we have already notified a third party of its receipt.
