Saturday Umbrella held their annual Dashain concert, the children of course shared their amazing talent with song, dance, much laughter and of course a samosa to finish off the program. The children have now finished their exams and will be on holidays for the next month. Some who have communities close to KTM will have the opportunity to visit and spend Dashain with their families.
Much effort is made by the Umbrella team to getchildren back to their villages, especially at Dashain festival time. This is an opportunity for children to reconnect with their families and communities which is vital in the reintegration process.
